A simple marketing strategy for a coaching institute
A twelve-month way to plan admissions for a coaching institute, built around the season rather than against it.

Plan around the admission season, not the calendar. Work back from when parents decide, get discovery in place months earlier, keep enquiries and follow-up in one place, and review by counting enquiries per channel rather than by how busy the marketing felt.
Work back from the decision month
Identify the weeks when most parents actually enrol. Anything meant to be visible then must exist several months earlier, because search visibility is slow to build. This one habit prevents most wasted spend.
Off-season is build season
Use quiet months for the work that takes time: course pages, results, reviews, the Business Profile, photographs. In season, run the fast things: demo classes, follow-up, referrals.
One place for every enquiry
Phone, WhatsApp, walk-in and website should end up in a single list with a source and a follow-up date. Most centres lose more admissions to forgotten follow-up than to competitors.
Review on one number
Enquiries per channel, and admissions per channel. Not reach, not views. If a channel cannot be tied to enquiries within a month, it is not a channel for you yet.
Rather ask a person first?
A year, planned around the season
| Period | Focus | Why then |
|---|---|---|
| Off-season | Course pages, listing, reviews, photographs | Slow work needs lead time to be found |
| Three months before | Publish everything meant to be visible | Search takes weeks to pick pages up |
| Season | Demo classes, follow-up, referrals | Fast levers, immediate effect |
| After season | Count enquiries by source, drop what failed | Decisions while the numbers are fresh |
