What we collect

From institute enquiries: name, institute name, city, phone number, email and anything you choose to write to us. We do not collect student data on this website.

The two measurement tools on this site

This site loads Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, and nothing else from another company. Google Analytics records which pages you saw, roughly where you came from, and whether you took an action such as sending an enquiry or tapping WhatsApp. Microsoft Clarity additionally records a replay of your visit and a heatmap of clicks and scrolling, so we can see where a page confuses people. Clarity masks text content by default, and we do not use either tool to identify you personally. Both set cookies and send data to Google and to Microsoft, who process it under their own terms. If you would rather not be measured, browser level opt outs and Do Not Track settings work normally here, and you can write to impact@thinkwithai.co.in to ask us to exclude you.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, to prepare the report you asked for, and to improve the site. Nothing more. We do not sell data to anyone, ever.

Consent

Consent boxes on this site are never pre ticked. You give consent by ticking it yourself, and you can withdraw it by writing to us at impact@thinkwithai.co.in.

Data we handle for our clients

When we run SPRM for an institute, the enquiry data belongs to that institute. We process it on their instruction, keep it separated per institute, and return or delete it when the engagement ends.

Retention

Enquiry records from this website are kept while the conversation is active and for up to twenty four months after, then deleted. Analytics are retained in aggregate.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to impact@thinkwithai.co.in and we will respond within thirty days.

Who is responsible for your data

For anything you send us through this website, ThinkWithAi, operated by Kwickprep Education Services LLP, decides why and how it is handled, and is answerable for it. For enquiry data belonging to an institute we work for, the institute decides, and we act only on its instructions. Those are two different roles and we do not blur them: your parent and student records are never ours to reuse.

If a student enquires

If the person enquiring is a student, we ask for a parent or guardian contact in the first reply, and we never build tracking or advertising audiences from enquiry data.

Students under eighteen

Institutes we work for receive enquiries about children, and often from children. Where our system handles that data, it is on the institute's instruction and for admissions only. We do not build behavioural profiles of students, we do not use their data to target advertising, and we do not use it to train any model. A parent or guardian may ask the institute, or us directly, to see, correct or delete a child's record, and we will act on it.

Who else touches the data

Only the services listed below, each for one stated purpose, under contract. We do not sell data, we do not trade it, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Where the data goes

This website and its files are hosted in India. Some of the services above operate globally, so limited data may be processed outside India under their standard contractual protections. We keep enquiry records for institutes within their own systems wherever the engagement allows it.

How we protect it

Access is limited to the people doing the work, accounts are individually named rather than shared, transfers are encrypted in transit, and client data is kept separated per institute rather than pooled. Nobody edits anything directly on a production server.

If something goes wrong

If personal data is exposed, we will tell the affected institute and the affected individuals, and notify the Data Protection Board of India, as the law requires. We will say what happened, what it affected and what we did, rather than issue a statement that avoids all three.

Automated decisions

Nothing here decides anything about a person automatically. We use AI assistants to measure what is said publicly about an institute. No enrolment, pricing or eligibility decision about any individual is made by a machine on our side.

Complaints

Our grievance officer is Mihir Joshi. Write to impact@thinkwithai.co.in and you will get a reply within 30 days. If you are still not satisfied, you may raise it with the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies

This site uses only what is needed to serve the pages and to measure aggregate traffic. There is no advertising tracker and no cross site profiling on this site. The two measurement tools are Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, and nothing else third party runs here. Neither is written into the page itself: a small script decides whether to load them, based on your choice below. Nothing loads until you accept, wherever in the world you are, and you can change that here on any visit with immediate effect.

Changes to this page

We may update this policy. When the wording changes, the date at the top changes in the same commit. It is not stamped automatically, because a date that moves on every rebuild would claim a change that never happened.
